Fonterra Brands has selected Reynolds group to supply three Roteg PARO palletizing robots at their Takanini, Auckland, site.

Roteg PARO linear robots deliver performance, versatility and lower total cost of ownership for palletising applications when compared to standard articulated robots. The modular design allows for easy adaptation for different tasks, while both the ground axis and vertical axis can be exchanged by modules of different effective lengths without any difficulty, enabling the robot to grow or shrink as future requirements dictate. Notably, a single robot is able to service numerous palletising stations, providing very significant cost savings in multi-line factories

Roteg PARO robots are designed for long life and are suitable for adverse conditions. All moving parts are zero or very-low maintenance, with all standard service operations able to be performed by your own engineering staff.
