Our new RZF10 is a low footprint, mobile, co-working palletising robot. With its low cost, quick deployment time and high levels of flexibility, the RZF10 is ideal for medium volume production lines with payloads under 10kg. Here’s a look at the RZF10 in action earlier this year at the Foodtech Packtech Expo.

For this demonstration, the RZF10 operates alongside an integrated hygienic conveyor that includes a rear of pack labelling system and Matthews Marking Systems VIAjet thermal inkjet coder.
The co-working robot arm is paired with an OnRobot VGP20 gripper, one of the worlds most powerful electric vacuum grippers, excellent at picking cardboard boxes and irregular shaped shipping bags.
