We have built this solution based on a Universal Robots UR5 cobot for a customer that needed a little extra reach. The telescoping vacuum gripper extends out a further 200mm as required. The robot will be collecting RSC cartons of varying size from an erector, breaking the flaps, and then delivering them to an outfeed in different orientation depending on the box type.
