Our dotComm coder technology delivers an environmentally friendly , low waste , drop-on-demand system that addresses specific coding requirements of the dairy industry and is ideal for printing on powder bags, cartons and other bulk packaging types commonly used in the dairy industry.

The dotComm5 extends upon the well-proven reliability and user error minimisation of the dotComm series with several excellent new features.

The dotComm5 continues with the proven reliability and performance of the Matthews DOD printhead technology and large 23-litre ink capacity. It now features full WYSIWYG display and greatly enhanced message formatting and graphics capabilities, all in one intuitive colour touch-screen interface.

Under the hood, the updated solvent recapture system reduces solvent waste and the environmental footprint of the coder while extending the system's run time. Enhancements to the fluid management system control mean even sharper printing and reduced ink consumption.

Fully compatible with the dotComm4 command protocols, the dotComm5 also provides greatly enhanced integration capabilities for linking into MES and ERP systems, and custom scripting capabilities for specific applications.
