Reynolds’ Retailer Engagement Hub brings supply chain experts together at FoodTech PackTech 2025

04 September 2025

Reynolds Group hosted the Retailer Engagement Hub (REH) at FoodTech PackTech 2025, running morning and afternoon sessions on the first two days to foster critical discussions around 2D barcode and coding compliance for retailers.

Reynolds CEO James Booth said, “We teamed up with Primary Connect, a real leader in supply chain and logistics, to put this hub together. It’s been fantastic to see supply chain leaders and retail experts from across New Zealand come together for this knowledge exchange.

“The sessions have sparked some great questions and conversations – everyone’s keen to tackle the growing challenges around retailer compliance. That collaborative environment really helps people share what’s working and what’s tricky when it comes to coding and labelling in today’s fast-changing landscape.”

Alongside the presentations, Reynolds showcased product demonstrations on Stand L16, featuring Honeywell and Novexx desktop printers, the Evolabel D43 pallet labelling system and the Matthews-developed, award-winning iDSnet solution. James said these demonstrations showed how supply chain and retail operations can boost accuracy, traceability and efficiency.

As specialists in end-of-line solutions since 1991, Reynolds continues to work closely with industry to deliver tailored, innovative systems that keep production running smoothly while meeting evolving market needs. The Retailer Engagement Hub reflects Reynolds’ ongoing commitment to giving manufacturers and retailers the knowledge and tools to succeed.
